Your Story, Your Words, Your Image

  • Control your image. Do not allow photos that misrepresent you or stage situations that are untrue.

  • Decide what to share. Set clear boundaries for personal details you want kept private.

  • Words unaltered. Your exact words should be used, without twisting or changing their meaning.

  • Review photos. Ask to see images before they are published so you can check they represent you accurately.

  • Refuse misrepresentation. Reject any story or photo that tells something false about you or your experience.

  • Appropriate usage. Your image should only be used in ways that respect your values and dignity.
